Just in case you didn't know! Holmfirth is home to the popular BBC TV series "Last of the summer wine" featuring 3 elderly gents getting up to no good in the surrounding areas. For those of you who have watched the program you will have witnessed first hand the array of beautiful countryside & scenery on display in the surrounding area. Don't forget that all this is just a stones throw away from spring lodge!
